About Me

Guiding life's big moves with care —
and always on the lookout for a Salty Sasquatch.
I've helped families buy, sell, renovate, and start over all across the Puget Sound Region — and I did every one of those things myself first, in my own home, before I ever did it for a client.
I moved to the Pacific Northwest when I was four, grew up on Vashon, went to culinary school in Portland, and came back home with a Bachelor's in Marketing and no real plan to sell real estate. Then I bought a house. Then another. Then I renovated them, sold them, and realized I loved the process more than almost anything else I'd done — the strategy of it, the emotional weight of it, the moment a family walks in and just knows.
That's what led me here full-time: I'm a Realtor with Keller Williams Puget Sound, and my focus is the moves that matter most — especially the ones people put off because they feel too big. Downsizing out of a house you've loved for twenty years. Finally buying the place you've been dreaming about. Whatever chapter you're standing at the edge of, I'm here to make it clear, honest, and even a little fun.
When I'm not working, you'll find me paddleboarding around Vashon, welding or building something in the shop, or chasing one more Puget Sound sunrise. We keep strong ties to family & friends in Oregon too — if you catch me driving south on a random Thursday, that's why.
And yes — if you've spotted a certain Sasquatch in my house tour videos, that's intentional. Around here, we take real estate seriously and ourselves not so much.
